We have immediate requirements for the position of CRM, Customer Relationship Manager for our Company.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client interface and act as a single point of contact for queries.
Liasion between operations, Transition & client
Maintain a positive relationship & rapport with the clients
Ensure effective account management
Address technical and operations issues as and when required
Take ownership of weekly/monthly service review calls with the customer client and plan the agenda accordingly.
Research and identify customers who will be suitable to talk to you related to investment.
Talk to them about our service. You must be in a position to counsel them. Unless you understand business and finance, you cannot do this.it is not about customer acquisition. It is about customer identification, counseling, and bringing to the next step.
Bring them for further discussion

Skills

Strong communication skills
Strong Knowledge of Financial Services.
Smart, Analytical and presentable.
Ability to multi task.
Manage the coordination of slots between clients & the internal team
Manage query tickets to see that it gets answered on time by the team
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Qualifications Required

Bachelor/Master 's Degree (Graduates of MBA, BBA,M.COM,B.COM and Any Graduates with min 6 months to 1 Year experience in relevent field also eligible)

Excellent English & Tamil communication with good analytical & Presentation skills required

Passion for growth

Pleasant conduct, Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills both with clients & internal stakeholders
